Morgan_78 - 02.02.2016 16:11You are given the surface area of the cube which is 150cm2. You are asked to find the length of one side and its volume. Note that the surface area of the cube is equal to 6 times the square root of s (the side of the cube) and the volume is the cube root of s. So, SA = 6*s^2 150cm2 = 6*s^2 s^2 = 25cm s = 5cm, this is the length of one side. V = s^3 V = (5)^3 V = 625cm3, this is the volume of the cube.
