Patrick_Attwood - 01.02.2016 01:22Given: shop 1 = 52 oz at $28.90 shop 2 = 32 oz at $18.50 To compare which store is cheaper, we need to get the unit cost per ounce. shop 1: 28.90 / 52 = 0.56 per ounce !CHEAPER! shop 2: 18.50 / 32 = 0.58 per ounce Baby formula at shop 1 is cheaper. It is cheaper by 0.02 per ounce from the baby formula sold at shop 2.
