Patrick Simpson - 23.01.2016 01:45As 2/5 of the students are wearing red shirts, you need to find out what 2/5 is. As there are 30 students, so 30 * 2/5=12 Therefore, there are twelve students wearing red shirts. As there are 1/3 students wearing green shirts, you need to find out what 1/3 of 30 is. To do this, divide 30 by 3. 30/3= 10 Therefore, there are 24 students wearing green shirts. As you're looking for the students that aren't wearing red and green, you need to add the total together, and then subtract this from 30. 12+10=22 30-22= 8 Therefore, there are 8 students that are wearing shirts that aren't red or green. Hope this helps!
